Like you, we thrive on getting “out there” and competing. It’s the heart of what we do. But right now, the safety of our communities and the wellbeing of people around the world is at the heart of our decisions. Please know we are doing all we can to ensure continuity in our service, with the health and safety of everyone as our number one priority.
We have had to make the difficult decision to close our Wilson Team Shop custom product factories effective immediately until November 2nd. Safety is our number one priority and we need to protect the health and safety of our team members who make shipping our products possible. To that end, we are unable to ship any orders until that date.

As you are aware, many governments across the globe have put restrictions in place to help protect people from additional exposure to the virus. These restrictions, which vary by region, could influence shipments of products to your home, school or organization/institution. To lessen any inconvenience to you, we’ve taken the following steps:
- Our product return window is extended to 45 days. This is to accommodate potential service interruptions at different shipping points. This policy does not include custom or personalized products, these are still ineligible for returns.
- Our tracking systems are robust, and we are closely monitoring the situation. We’ll strive to share with you the most accurate information on your order that we can.
